Daphne Zelle trained as a classical ballet dancer at Kirov Academy of Ballet in Washington, D.C. on merit scholarship. She moved to New York at age 16 and continued her training with Fabrice Herrault and Natalya Stavro while finishing high school at Professional Children's School. She went on to attend NYU's Gallatin program, where she discovered her love for pretending to be other people, and graduated with a bachelor's degree in drama and creative writing. Since then, she has appeared on Inventing Anna, Law & Order: Organized Crimes, Modern Love, Younger, Blue Bloods, and Strangers, as well as several short and independent films. This spring, she will appear in recurring roles in HBO's And Just Like That as well as Starz' Power Book II: Ghost. In addition, she wrote and directed her first short film Your Face, which will premiere at Cinequest this year. In her spare time, Daphne enjoys reading, writing, making and eating cake, watching cult horror films, and pondering philosophical questions like why it's customary to scoop a grapefruit rather than peel it like an orange. She is represented by The Boothe Group and The Hybrid Agency. For commercial and modeling inquiries, please contact Innovative Artists and STATE Management.
